How do I return an order?

You can easily manage your return on our website. Just follow these steps:

  • Log in to your account and go to the ‘Orders’ section.
  • Select the order and product you wish to return.
  • Indicate the reason for the return (this helps us improve).
  • The Gioseppo team will send you the label within 24/48 working hours and you can then take your parcel to any post office.
  • Once we have received the order at our warehouse, we will proceed with its validation and refund. The time it takes for the refund to be processed will depend on the payment method used and can range from 5 to 15 days. Shipping costs and other fees are non-refundable.

Remember: returns can only be made through Fedex offices*.
