What is your returns policy?

You have 30 days from receipt of your order to request a return.

The product must be in perfect condition, unused, and in its protective packaging. In other words, the shoe box must be placed inside the shipping box to ensure it is properly protected during transport.

The product must contain all its labels, packaging and accessories.

Enquiries within the deadline: if you contacted our customer service department to make an enquiry regarding the return within the 30-day period and we were unable to respond in time, we will process your request on an exceptional basis.
