Can I change the size of my product?

Yes, it is possible to change sizes, although this is not done automatically. You must return the product (you will receive a refund) and make a new purchase with the desired size (shipping costs will be free).

To request a size exchange from mainland Spain, please follow these steps:

  • Access your profile. Go to the ‘Orders’ section.
  • Request a return for the original product.
  • Once we have received the product at our warehouse, we will refund you using the same payment method you used.
  • Make a new purchase with the size you wish to receive.

You can carry out both processes (return and new purchase) in whatever order you prefer.
